North Village
The North Village is equipped with a 25,000 square foot office building, a fully leased retail center-Penguin Place, UNC Medical Center and various local business. The Mosaic and Vineyard sites have broken ground and are currently undergoing site development. We can expect to see home sales in late 2020 in the Vineyards and Mosaic to open in late 2021.
