PepperFest – September 22, 2019
Abundance NC’s 12th annual Pepper Festival is a hot ticket (pun intended!). Roughly 3,000 people come to enjoy local eats, creative brewers and artisans in downtown Pittsboro. The event will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For tickets and more details, head to: www.pepperfestnc.org
Fall Festival at Huckleberry Trail Farm – September 28, 2019 – October 27, 2019
Mystery mazes, hayrides, pumpkin patches and so much more await your family! The Fall Festival starts September 28th and runs every Saturday and Sunday through October 27th. Located between Pittsboro and Siler City, Huckleberry Farms’ mission is accessibility, feeding people and offering an autistic-friendly environment. Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival of Music & Dance – October 3-6, 2019
Shakori Hills Community Arts Center and the GrassRoots Festival Organization are collaborating for the 16th year. Enjoy the sweet sounds of Donna the Buffalo, Galactic, Roosevelt Collier and 54 other performers. North Carolina State Fair – October 17-27, 2019
The most popular ticket of the year! The State Fair is the largest event in the state of N.C. and the largest 11-day agriculture event in the nation. Matter of fact, it draws one million visitors annually! The food is epic, the rides are thrilling and the games will keep you entertained. CORA Food Pantry Annual Golf Fundraiser – October 21, 2019
Chatham Park is a proud sponsor of this annual charity golf tournament. The ACC vs. Big Ten Golf Challenge (scramble format) will be held at the Governors Club’s Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Chapel Hill. It will support Chatham Outreach Alliance (CORA) in providing food to children, individuals and families. Pittsboro Street Fair – October 26, 2019
