North Village

Within the full 7,000 acres, the North Village has broken ground; already equipped with a 25,000 square foot office building and ready for the first retail center to open Fall of 2017. Penguin Place consists of over 14,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, including The Root Cellar Restaurant.

The Vineyards

Chatham Park’s master plan unfolds with  the first phase of residential living. Phase 1 comprises multiple  housing communities, Thales Academy (a K-12 school known nationally for  excellence in education), a swimming pool, gym and all the other  homeowner amenities you’d expect from a well-planned community. Mosaic

Breaking ground late in 2018, Phase I will unfold over 44 acres as a premiere entertainment and lifestyle destination.
