WHAT’S COMING

Thales Academy, a private K-12 school, will be the first school in Chatham Park and is planned to open for classes in the fall of 2020. In just a few short years, students in Chatham Park will walk through the doors of a brand-new school. Thales Academy, a private school with six campuses in North Carolina, plans to open a new location in the North Village; just off Thompson Street next to the first Chatham Park neighborhoods. Thales Academy believes in providing students with an affordable, quality education that prepares them for college and beyond. Classes start in the fall of 2020 for students in grades K-12. Enrollment is not limited to Chatham Park residents, students from Pittsboro and Chatham County will also attend.

THE COTTAGES

As part of The Vineyard site plan, The Cottages make up 30 homes ranging  850sf – 1200sf clustered together with common open space. Homesite construction to begin winter 2019 with home construction beginning summer 2019. Builder to be announced.
